For this 90th edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the Automobile Club de l'Ouest, creator and organizer of the race, wished to confirm its commitment to the energy transition, which is essential for the health of our planet. The Energy Observer Foundation was present in the Green Fan Zone to raise public awareness of zero emission energies, the potential of hydrogen for low-carbon mobility, and the discovery of sustainable and solidarity initiatives.
The Energy Observer Foundation's Exhibition Cube opened its doors for the duration of this mythical competition, which welcomed nearly 250,000 spectators. In addition to a model of the boat, visitors were able to discover our crew, the technologies aboard our laboratory vessel, and their applications at sea and on land.
Victorien Erussard, President and Founder of Energy Observer, was also able to test the first GreenGT hydrogen racing car on the circuit: MissionH24. An opportunity to demonstrate that low-carbon solutions already exist!
Louis-Noël Viviès, General Manager of Energy Observer, took part in a round table organized by the Pays de la Loire Region on hybrid and hydrogen mobility. He was able to intervene alongside other personalities of the sector:
